Bray PFA Lined Swing

Amresist fully lined swing check valves are engineered to prevent backflow of process media in demanding corrosive and ultrapure piping applications. The locked-in PFA body liner, with a minimum thickness of 3mm, provides unsurpassed resistance to corrosion, permeation and microbial contamination ensuring maximum process purity and long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.

Robust One-Piece Flap and Hinge Design

The one-piece CF8 or CF8M flap and hinge, fully PFA over-molded to a minimum thickness of 3mm, eliminates potential leak paths associated with multi-part designs. The internal hinge design does not rely on the pipe flange to retain the flap, providing a more secure and reliable installation. The solid TFM or PTFE locking ring further enhances the corrosion resistance and integrity of the valve.

Versatile and Easy to Install

Suitable for both horizontal and vertical piping installations, these swing check valves offer installation flexibility across a wide range of process configurations. Seat tightness is certified to BS EN 12266-1, guaranteeing leak-free performance in the most critical applications, from chemical and petrochemical processing to ultrapure water and pharmaceutical systems.
