DB Series

Tailored for hazardous media applications, the "double block and bleed" knife gate valve represents a specialized innovation. The DB model integrates two seat areas within a single valve. When closed, these areas effectively seal against pressure from both ends of the valve, with additional purge ports facilitating cavity flushing between the seat areas. This design renders complex and expensive multiple valve systems obsolete. Despite these cost-saving advantages, the DB model ensures zero leakage protection in challenging environments.
